Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info.carcasedk@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Wrong items

If you receive the wrong product or print, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resend the correct item at no extra cost.

Customer errors

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout or the wrong product/size was ordered, we cannot offer free replacements. A new order can be placed at your expense.

No returns required

Since all products are custom-made, we do not require physical returns. Any approved refund or replacement will be processed directly without sending the item back.

Refund process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
